1. Acceptance of these terms
KreavoPod ("the Service", "we") is a web application for creating print-on-demand designs, product mockups, listings and related assets. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and you may not share, sell or transfer your account, or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
3. Plans and weighted credits
The Service may include a limited free credit allowance and paid plans with a monthly credit allowance. Credits are weighted: an operation may use more than one credit based on the selected model, number of outputs, processing type and approximate provider cost. The applicable cost is shown in the Service or on the pricing page and may change for future use. Unless expressly stated otherwise, unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period and credits have no cash value or transfer value. Credits are deducted when an operation is accepted for processing; a failed or interrupted third-party operation may still use credits where provider processing has already started or incurred cost.
4. Paid subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in U.S. dollars through PayPal at the price and interval shown before you approve checkout. A monthly plan renews automatically through PayPal at the start of each billing period until it is cancelled. You authorize PayPal to charge your selected funding method for each renewal. You are responsible for keeping your PayPal account and payment method current.
You may cancel through the Service when that option is available, or through your PayPal account. A cancellation stops future renewals; paid access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments for a billing period that has started are non-refundable. Contact us promptly about duplicate or incorrect charges. Any statutory cancellation, refund or PayPal dispute rights remain unaffected.
Displayed prices may exclude taxes. You are responsible for applicable sales, use, VAT or similar taxes, and PayPal may calculate or collect them where required. We may change prices or plan allowances for future billing periods with reasonable notice; continuing the subscription after the change takes effect accepts the new price or allowance.
5. Your content and AI output
You keep ownership of the images you upload and, to the extent permitted by law, the designs you create with the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (storing, processing and displaying your content back to you).
AI-generated output may be similar to output generated for others and may be subject to the rules of the underlying AI model providers and of the marketplaces where you sell. You are solely responsible for reviewing output before using it commercially, including checking copyright, trademark, publicity and marketplace policy compliance.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights (including recreating protected artwork or logos);
- Create unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors, or content that violates the policies of the AI providers or marketplaces;
- Probe, overload, scrape or disrupt the Service, or bypass authentication or usage limits;
- Resell or provide automated third-party access to the Service without our permission.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and AI model providers (for authentication, storage, hosting, payment processing and image/text generation), including PayPal for paid subscriptions. Their availability affects the Service, and their terms may apply to the processing of your content and payments.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that output is accurate, non-infringing or fit for a particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you used the Service for free).
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service at risk. Termination does not automatically cancel a PayPal subscription unless we tell you otherwise, so you should cancel future renewals through the Service or PayPal. Upon termination we may delete your stored content after a reasonable period.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
